I have an unverified paypal account with 22.35 in it. all you have to do is use the account or u can send the money to yours. I want paypal money in return for this,

the reason i am selling it is that i have 2 accounts and one is verified and i cant verify the other with the same info. so just tell me how much money u will pay for this account. im thinking 20 bucks around, that means u make 2.35 for doing nothin.

You can't send from unverified American accounts.

Se up a donation link with you main varified one. Then use your unvarified one to 'donate' into your varified one. It's under Merchant tools somewhere. GL

you can only send and donate money once its verified. so basically you send me $15 lets say to my main account. then i give you the login details to the unverified account. you verify the account and then either use it or send all the money it has (around $23) to your own account. so basically its like 8 free dollars
