Sony wanted to sell there consoles I guess that is why they released the news early, but it seem like everything they want to release gets delayed when it comes to the PS3! This looks like good news for Nintendo & Microsoft for those people who were thinking of getting the PS3 mainly for Home, may be looking at different consoles. With all this time Nintendo & Microsoft can surely cook up a rival for Home, glad I got the Wii !
Microsoft, in my opinion, dosen't really have to come up with anything, it's got Live. The Wii network, in my opinion, is better than PSN, with the old classics Coming from an un-biased point of view, not owning any of the consoles, have played all 3 though.
I wasn't really looking forward to Home but it would have been nice to have something to use my PS3 for rather that just Socom and movies. I hope that it enables in game messaging and cross talk like XBL. I hate getting a message in game and having to quit the game to read it. <_<
