He told me to post here saying that he can't log in, and he isn't getting a validation e-mail or anything, so is there anything you can do to get his account working?

 

You shure, he got his accont password right?

 

If either him or somebody else has tried to log-in to his account, after 3 unsuccessful attempts it locks thw account for a little while. Plus new ipb are more security measures. I guess if he still can't log in, wait for an admin to check it out.

 

He told me it said it couldn't find his log in information, so he probably forgot his pass
