You have four chains of three rings. You want to make one continous chain necklace. If cutting costs $2.00 and welding costs $8.00, then what is the lowest price you can sell your services for?

Because, you want to make One continous necklace, meaning from all the chains you got you want to make 1 necklace (if i understanded it correct). So it's a simple $8 + $2 to get your answer, which is $10.

EDIT: Edited the post with a describe of how I got 10$.

You don't have to spend a dime. Why not just pry apart a loop from each chain and clamp it down once you have it on the other chains?

Cut the third o(chain) which is $2 then attach to next and weld $8, do this 3 times.

Cut it and then attach to next chain and weld so you'd get ooOooo

Do the same again twice to attach the others together:

ooOooOooOooo

2 + 8 + 2 + 8 + 2 + 8 = 30

Usually these things have some sort of trick to them anyway, then when you know it you feel like an idiot for not knowing it.
