I have an iPod video (30GB) and I have several songs on it that I got from a friends library. Is there a way I can put the songs from my iPod onto my Library??

Thanks.

They dont make it easy to do.

You either have to buy certain software that just allows you to drag the songs into your itunes from ipod.
Or in your whatever drive your ipods in you need to go into the hidden files and move the songs from there, last time I did that I had loads of problems though.

Best way is to google it for more detailed info :P

I'm pretty sure you can't, or else people could just take songs off ipods they find. If you can still get to your friend's computer though, you can use your iPod as a storage device.

I used a flash drive and put all the songs on there. Then I saved all the songs to the computer, then added them to the library.

It's cheap and easy to do. D:

actually you can........just go into the hidden files in the iPod and find the music files.

There's another way also lol.
Cntrl + Alt + Delete, end "iPodServices" and "iTunesHelper", cause those are the programs stoping you from taking songs off your iPod.

After you end them, go to My Computer, G:/ (I think, mine is atleast) click, and take em off your iPod.
