Malignity and detestation are found in every corner of the known world. Never before has the entire human race fallen to such standards that it is necessary to kill others in order to sleep that night. There was a time of course where we were able to smile just for the mere fact that there are others around. That was a very long time ago, in fact it is so far in the past that it is often mistaken for a fable. Life has fallen so much that we have passed the ground, and yet we still continue to descend. that is when I awoke.

I don't know how long I have been awake, a few days, maybe a few years, they don't let us know, or see the sun. They say it will kill us, but I think I'm already dead. What constitute for being alive anyhow? Does the ability to think tell us that we are living? It may be possible to say that it is the reaction to our surroundings or maybe the process of growth and development. Whatever it may be, it is irrelevant, because we are all deceased on the inside.

We go through our day to day routing mindlessly doing the same courses of action, listening to the same music, watching the same movies, eating the same foods, all while we think the same repetitious thoughts of how we will do something new and exciting in the future. So that is where the enjoyment will continue to reside, in the thoughts and dreams of the time that has not yet come to be. Don't be mislead, the concept of future is what many people live their lives for, and it is extremely beautiful. In the future we can do anything, be anyone, everything is possible. We can be the next dictator, or sports athlete, prisoner on death row, or believed to be "the savior". We can kill anyone, or save anyone from death and famine. Life is our playground and it will only be what we create it to be.

As of now, we are faced with the possibilities of extermination of the human race, or a utopia to benefit everyone. Our world is so diverse in cultures and beliefs that it is possible for an infinite amount of possibilities. What will happen will merely continue to be a mystery.

Throughout the ages, man has been driven by the idea of sexual pleasure, it is apparent that people believe than an orgasm will bring a sense of happiness to their life. What is interaction in a sexual manner so fulfilling and meaningful where that is all they care for? Humans are no better than the canine companions, contrary to popular belief. It is revolting to think that people would rather relieve sexual tension than learn diverse subjects and gain sense of education and knowledge.

Where are we going to be in the future? Will people wake up and join in on this realization? Or am I the one who has fallen asleep and I am the one missing the reasoning that everyone so blatantly contains? Am I insane for wanting a more fulfilling life style than just mediocrity? I refuse to be blinded by the everlasting darkness that they keep me in. I want to see the light emitted by the sun, and learn the answers that corrupts man, I will live to learn more, and I will live to tell others.

Its cool but can we you explain the story?
When i think of a short story, I think of a story like that "epic win" post not so long ago, this looks like a preface to an epic or some revelation.

So will there be a sequel?

A response to the story says"An infinite number of possibilities grounded by a finite imagination, yours is no exception. You are insane if you think you achieve the answers that exist outside your imagination and understanding."

    I feel the same way.

Wanting mediocrity for yourself isn't normal.

The message in there got me thinking about how were all born as one being,Incomplete without another. It is really interesting makes people think about how humans can make there own actions that can result into either despair or greed.I really liked it,made me think about our very exsistence,Were all the same as human beings. We all make the same actions,we all have the same opinions and can all share the same empathy for what I feel now.In the whole world, our whole exsitence just meant that we have to keep on living the way we are now and just hope that someday this fantastic world would never end.
