Top one is the best. I cant believe the beginner tuts are still the same. Not saying you are doing bad, its just that I remember learning the same techniques when I started 2 years ago.
yea not to bad for ya first my first tags sucked, just remember dont cover ya renders face with effects or textures unless its really called for
