Hey guys, this will be my first post here and I must say, good job with the site :)

This is my first signature I have made that deals with C4D's, I thought it turned out ok, but it looks a little flat. Anyway, tell me what you think.

For a first with C4ds it be tight n' stuff.
But you're right, it's too flat. No depth.

    Still pretty cool.

My advice would be, try to use more sharpening and blurring to add more of a focul.
Also, try more blending on your render. (displaces, smudges, etc)

    Good work

If you added some detail to the right side I think it could look a lot better.

I would not agree, the bckgnd is flat, but the render isn't. Can't tell if it's darkened below by default or not, but it looks ok.

    Overall is kinda brightish. :D
Try darkening the sides and do use some gradients, filters and...Curves? Yep.

    Nice one. ;)
