i think Nintendo Wii is for kids for 3 to 15, and all ages, but is a console for only FUN, yeah all videogames are for FUN, but Wii dedicated his interactive game plays and other stuffs, x360 is a seriously console with major graphics and interesting games like, GOW... ;DDDD
I like 360 better.I have had PlayStation and PlayStation 2. I eventually got bored and tired of PlayStation 2, and I was looking for something new and different. I watched and waited before buying the 360. I played demo systems at the stores, and I really liked Call of Duty 2. Once I got one home and hooked it up, I played Call of Duty 2 and eventually joined Xbox Live.At last I bought a new 360. I found a on sale deal on line, I boght 360 with a pretty price $315 instead of 350. I now also enjoy diving into the old Xbox titles that are backwards compatible to see what I did miss. Half Life 2 is very cool as is DOOM 3. I have enjoyed renting Halo and Halo 2. If you also enjoy these games, you can also get a 360 I think. If you want to get one, here is the link to the deal I found, it can save you some money. http://dealstudio.com/viewtopic.php?t=30628 Hope this helps.
Of course everybody would pick the xbx 360,it rocks , and it will rock your world, forever and ever if you get it..... lmao..
Xbox360.. The wiii is great for some fun with friends. But for who do you buy it. For urself to play on. Or for u and your friends. Its funny when you play with eachother on the wii because of the funny games. But the 360 you got more the serious games. Thats my favorite so thats why i choose for the xbox360
Wii is better if you have friends. At the moment I believe it is the best 3rd gen console but once better games come out for the PS3 it's gonna pwn them all.
I've played both at friend's houses and whatnot, and I definitely enjoy both...but I'm leaning towards the 360 more for its more serious game-selection . The Wiimote (or whatever you call its controller) gets annoying after a while, lol. But both are awesome
Depends what you want in a system. Game-wise, 360 hands down, especially with the upcoming titles like Halo 3 and GTA IV. Plus the 360 gets better internet connection IMO. As for the Wii, its really fun having to use the wiimote instead of a controller and its very good for guys like me who could use an excuse to get off the couch.
Also forgot, you can plug in regular Gamecub controllers for the Wii, so it's not all that bad. (Although it does defeat the purpose of the wiimote...) Playing Halo 3 at my friend's (if one buys it lol), is something I'm definitely looking froward to playing ...
Its simple, if your a kid ( prefereably under 13) or someone that has more then 1 friend over his/her house a lot, then the wii is definitally for you. Its "Going more casual" says some man who probably owns the wii wii, i read it in a magazine... Xbox360 if your 15+ simply because the game selection is far better then the wii.. The online is set up perfectly, FREE demos downloadable if you have a 12-month account, and they have a good selection of bundles for it, such as the core 279$ professionsal 350$ or elite for 450$.... The core is harddriveless, this might be WTF GAY for most people, but if you think about it, game saves are 5mb average, and 30$ will get you a 64Mb memory card, the --- +1 up is meant for demo downloading and more online content on it, like family guy episodes that you can get, I'd personally go with the core if you just play games, then you can add a harddrive in the future but then theres the elite, for the richer kind, black design, webcam, im pretty sure it comes with a wireless headset, (THE BEST) all others work for 1 month then die on you, but yea, theres my opinon.
360 all the way, even though the online for some games is almost all 12 year old homophobic pricks who think theyre cool cause they know how to curse also I have an elite, only thing better about it is the black design, the HD is 6x bigger, and its got HDMI
Ill say my two cents being the hardcore gamer i am (you can kinda tell by my gamerscore \/) Anyways... I own both the Wii and Xbox 360, Both great systems truly, the Wii will take another year to get some real sweet games out.. The real reason i bought the Wii was for just a few reasons simply, 1. Legend of Zelda: The Twilight Princess 2. Super Smash Bros Brawl With added bonuses of RE4 (which is godly on the Wii) and Mario Galaxies is sure to impress. There are some other pretty alright games but the thing with the Wii is if you plan to just very casually play, and often play with friends, it is the simpliest way to go, since most people suck at Video Games without a lot of play, sure some are good but y'kno . Onto the 360, It will last longer then the Wii, sadly the Wii will be quite outdated within a few years i figure, hells yea im looking forward to the gruesome Manhunt 2 on the Wii as it will be incredibly immersive, but really thats the only game i can think of that will be worth future Wii play at the moment. hopefully they build some more kick-ass FPS's but who knows... Anyways the 360 has a massive amount of good games, even tho many systems are faulty (dont get core its worthless) and the service can really make ya wanna kill Microsoft at times.. They make up for it with a surplus of games that are upcoming within the next year, and will almost all be sure hits hopefully. I feel like naming quite a few so here ya go: 1. Halo 3, what has to be said? 2. BioShock, even though its released... its one of the best ever 3. Gears of War , once again one of the best online shooters ever 4. Mass Effect, one of the most massive rpgs and shooters ever to be made, graphics are life-like. 5. Assassins Creed 6. Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (this should be higher up on my list, whoops =p) 7. Ninja Gaiden II 8. GTA IV w/ exclusive Episodic content. 9. Borderlands, now this is one game most dont know about, but it will blow your mind, just guess how many weapons you can get in this game?.... 500,000+ and its the same for Armor/items, never pick up the same item again, wholy ----. 10. Prototype, Whats better then being able to destroy anyone and disguise yourself as them and create Biomass spikes? 11. Unreal Tournament 3, online FPS at its best.. 12. Army of Two, double the damage Heh almost forgot.. Two of the most scary looking games ever to be made (Condemned 1 was scary as heck) 13. Condemned 2: Bloodshot 14. Clive Barker's Jericho (creepy) Im sure theres some others that im missing, but with that massive game lineup in the near future, and the ever-evolving Xbox Live, 360 is the gamers choice.. One thing most people dont know about the 360 is the awesome part of having free online access to Demos, Videos, trailers, pictures, and brand new updates from shows like E3 ^_^ So there ya go ^_^, hope it helps -Blazed
