    they are ok, but i have some suggestions

    try to blend in the render and the background more, so it doesnt look like they are two separate things. one of the magics of photoshop (or other programs) includes making two separate pictures into one.

    im very happy that you did NOT make any of the "noob" mistakes of people who are new to using renders, like having renders that are stretched out so they are twice as wide or tall as they should be, or mismatching the colors in the background from those in the render.

    Well text is kinda bad and two renders dont workout and uhm lets see to plain and blank and only one color bad

    Good for firsts. :) Need some work though.
