i dropped my phone on a nite out and when i woke up the next morning it will turn on but the screen justs stays blank. So it is going to cost a bit to fix -_- but all my numbers are on the actually phone and not the sim card.. does anybody know any possible way i could get them off the phone and on to the sim card without turning it on? i know its a long shot asking but there could be a genius some where ^_^
go to the store where you bought the phone. i dont know if this will work but if your phone has a usb drve there try connecting it with ur computer and see if it works.
yea i was thinking of the usb thing to but when u connect it into the computer you have to select two options and my screen wont show anything so i cant pick it to start it up on the computer its a sony ericsson 550i it was a good phone two
You should be able to import and export address books if your phone has a usb drive. I have a cu500 and I've saved my address book to my computer. Um they should be able to pull it up at the store you got it in.
If you know the two options, why don't you select one? I know you said you can't see anything on your phone, but if it turns on that means the options are still there you just have to click the ok button.
There are machines that can transfer phone books from one phone to another. (They're used for CDMA phones.) Most Cell dealers should have one, but they may charge you for its use.
When i broke my phone they just took it off the network or something, It transferred all my #s, pix, and even saved text and sounds to my new phone. Just ask them when you get you phone changed.
