    Right,
    I bought Battlefield 2124 the other day.
    All my specs are perfect for it.
    and yet , when I load it in , it comes up as a blank cd >_<
    WTF?!

    Did you put the dvd in the Cd drive? Maybe ur Dvd drive is broken. try putting another disk in it.

    My cd drive is my dvd drive..
    And I tried another dvd and it worked fine..

    Game resolution does that to some games if its set to high.

    Stupid question but, Did you take the time to let it load up and the read disk?
    Try to use the disc on another computer, are there dust/scratches on the cd or lens?

    The closet...I think I'm stuck...
    I'm presuming the other DVD you tried WAS a DVD, not a CD. I know it sounds stupid, but I have at least two friends that cannot play some games on their PC's because they run a CD-drive not a DVD drive, and as most games these days use DVD format the readers struggle to, and often fail, to read them.

    Use a no cd patch or mount it with Daemon tools or Alcohol 120
