Sorry for this noob question but im curious. I only know effects, machine and bubbles. Are there others?? Who in this forum are --- c4d makers i might request some
Effect - includes bubbles, machine is just a single setting away - Hella easy. Abstract - Used for LPs and stuff - Hella easy. Realism - What C4D is meant for - Hella --- if you want to do it right. srsly
i think wireframes are just the skeletons of c4ds. but i think you should wait for the pros to confirm this
Wire frames are just a setting you put C4D on, what your actually seeing is all the polygons in that render(so yes it is like the "skeleton" or basic structure).I would like to see some realism modeling become popular here too, I've been working on creating a car off and on, hope fully it will actually look like what it's supposed to lol.
Effect Machine Bubbkes Abstract Vector'ed LP'ed and wire framed is just a technique you can use in C4D to make the render look that way.
To be honest, there's no official nomenclature for the various types of c4ds or 3D renders in general. There are infinite combinations of "matter" you can construct within a three-dimensional spatial context, and so there's no way you could have a standardized nomenclature. But the pretty universally agreed-upon ones (since most of them are whored) are pretty much stated in the previous posts.
i would too.......i'm actually trying to get into doing realistic modeling but i need a better computer lol
i would say there is abstact type things made to add effect to sigs abstract to stand as its own art and modeling as what ---'s do to make a car or whatever
wireframes are abstract c4d's that are altered in c4d to give them a different look to show their outlines.
I think theres lots, ones i know are abstract, normal (lol), wideframes, vectorish, and manymore those are only top fof my head
