All banned members are subject to being allowed back after 3 months from their time of ban, assuming they do not have an alternate account to post on during the time they were banned, or do anything extraordinarily stupid (such as post shock pictures, pornography, advertising, etc.). So after 3 months, if Phenom wishes to come back, he can create a new account, and PM a staff member of generally gmod status or higher, and we will discuss amongst staff for a final answer.
Goddammit debacle has like 4 accounts, he has been banned before because he scammed people and he is still in debt. Still, he isn't banned. On the other hand Phenom did not actually layer rip, displace is not layer ripping but he got banned just like that...
Phenom was brought up by the person who sold him the signature, and the origional creator of the signature as a rip. Displace in itself is NOT a bannable offense, displacing and doing NOTHING else to modify it, and leaving it looking nearly the exact same, with the exact same color, is, however a rip as judged by the staff as a whole (and yes, we took a vote on it rather than letting 1 mod handle it). Phenom also had some other ordeals that led to his ban, and should have been demoted prior to this ban, though I and a few of the other mods fought and agreed to allow him to stay on staff as an honest mistake on his part. He has also verified his inability to come back to the site by getting afriend of his to invite me to a conversation with him where he decided it would be wise to personally attack myself, one of the few mods who stood up for him, for apparently banning him when it was not me who banned him, nor me who brought up if he should or should not be banned. We allow people back after 3 months, and since the time debacle has been back, he has only been banned for ban evasion, and hasn't been banned a second time for scamming, ripping, nothing. We are allowing him to stay under the condition that he remains a good boy.
