hahah all you've done is pulled a muscle. or at the worst torn it. just rest it for a day then do a bit of light exercise on it and you'll be fine within a couple of days.

    I can 1 up ya.

A friend of mine was on a soccer team with me, and we played the same team twice in 1 year (once during season, 1 in the championships) on the same field. This girl kicked the ball in almost the exact part of the field directly into this guys nads both games, he started wearing a cup starting the next season lol

just do heaps of light stretching before you are about to walk any significant distance.

I've broken my ankle like 3 times, pulled a muscle in my calf twice, broke my arm, and got elbowed in the face.

    soccer injuries ftw

ahh soccer, i played for 7 years mainly mid-field and some forward. worst thing that happend to me in a tourny, i got a hairline fracture on the bridge of my foot (finished the tourny then sat out 3 weeks worth of games)

more then likely you just pulled a muscle give it a day or two if you dont have full movement by then with MINIMAL pain i'd suggest getting an MRI
