Yeah i have a problem login in my other account called .GeNeS!s., can an admin fix it cause i cant even log in..... so plz admins fix it... and ty.
What's the problem? Is it locked? Did you forget the password? Etc. Post in the right section next time.
Yeah Im sorry i didnt forget the pass i just changed my username with the thing i bought and yeah i think my account is locked.... idk it wont let me sign in..
If it's locked, it will automatically unlocked in an hour or so. It locks because someone tried to log on with your username and incorrectly entered the password a few times. If you don't know the password use the Forgot Your Password link to receive it.
Yeah i try doing that but when it asks me for the username it says we dont have a username with that name so i think its locked.... by the way ty...
Well I did a search for it and there isn't a member with that username registered. But I found it in the member list. Dunno what to tell you.
The ! in your username shouldn't be a problem. And your account isn't gone, it's right here. Go to where you need to login and use the username: .GeNeS!s and enter the right password. If you get an error saying your account is locked, it's because someone (maybe you) had 3 unsuccessful logins. When that happens an account gets locked to protect it from getting cracked. Go to your email (the email your .GeNeS!s. account is registered with) and you should have received an email telling you your account got locked. It also should provide a link you can click which will unlock your account. If this didn't happened, no big deal. Just wait till an Admin sees this and he/she can unlock your account, reset your password and send it to the email your account is registered with.
