Well i was cruising imdb.com and saw a comment between the legendary martial artists Bruce Lee and Jet Li so thought i add 2 more of my favourite legends and characters :D

Just added some background stuff but most people should know who they are .. if youdont go shoot yourself :D

    BRUCE LEE
The greatest icon of martial arts cinema, and a key figure of modern popular culture. Had it not been for the amazing Bruce Lee and his incredible movies in the early 1970s, it's arguable whether or not the martial arts film genre would have ever penetrated and influenced mainstream western cinema & audiences the way it has over the past three decades.

Without Bruce Lee I believe Martial Arts wouldnt even exist but thats my opinion :)

    JET LI
One of the world's biggest action stars and One of the most popular stars of Hong Kong films of the early 1990s, the compact, charismatic Jet Li was at one time considered the heir to the late Bruce Lee. A child prodigy in martial arts, he excelled in the high-kicking "wu shu" style, winning several national championships.

    JACKIE CHAN
Jackie Chan is today's most famous martial artist. And with 100 movies to his credit, he should be. And despite having been born in 1954, Jackie Chan is still kicking and smiling as if he were born in the previous decade

Jackie Chan is one of the world's biggest box-office draws, and is famous for his mind-boggling stunt work.

    TONY JAA
"Jackie Chan, Jet Li and Bruce Lee are my masters; they're the inspiration for my work. Bruce Lee was a heavy fighter who threw hard punches. Jackie moves very fast and uses a lot of comedy, and Jet Li is very fluid. I've tried to combine all of their styles and added some things of my own."

Tony Jaa has been in love with Muay Thai since early childhood. He has been training in the the martial arts since the age of 10. His Muay Thai coach is Panna Rittikrai. Tony Jaa has also studied the martial arts of Krabi Krabong, Indonesian Pencak Silat, Brazilian Capoeira and Chinese Wushu.

Ive seen most or all of their films - All 4 are amazing and just mindblowing

So who would win in a 4 way fight .. one amazing battle - One Winner but ye can be 2 since all are amazing :)

Or just post your views :)

I say Tony Jaa for my love of Muay Thai and how it can be effective even in an everyday street fight. Jackie Chan can get away the easiest, and Bruce Lee can just do some close encountered moves. Jet Li? Never had a liking for him, if anything he'll be the first to go if the 4 ever magically popped up and fought.

Tony Jaa is rising in popularity, and is an AMAZING fighter and the next Jackie Chan, if not Bruce Lee, IMO. He brings the no stuntman or CGI work that Jackie Chan is known for to a NEW generation.

Of course the idiots with 10 or 11 posts won't read this and just post their stupidity. Oh well.

Bruce Lee ftw! I mean all of these guys are great martial artists. If Bruce doesn't win this then I think Jet Li will. Or maybe they'll all lose lol

I will NEVER see what's so magically special about Jet Li. I doubt I ever will. Tony Jaa alone will single handedly destroy Jet Li in a one on one fight.

I see Tony Jaa winning this one. Bruce Lee brings emotion into his fighting and power and fantastic, if not flawless technique, but can it work in a real world fight? He even brought it up several times. Read on it.

Hadouken, go on YouTube and look up some Tony Jaa videos. ;)

Some demonstration of Tony Jaa, from my favorite movie of his: Ong Bak. Known for its no stuntmen, no wires, no CGI. It's a genuine martial arts movie that we rarely see today.

Here is another reason why Tony Jaa rules:

Remember: No Stuntmen, wires, CGI, nothing. It took them forever to prepare this stuff. One shot the entire time, too. No edits.

Now, after seeing those videos I want to see the rest of the movie haha. Now I'd pick Tony Jaa over Bruce Lee, but it'd be close imo. Now I want to do stuff like that XD. Elbow strikes are deadly, the way he took out that first guy was insane lol.

Bruce Lee. I would go with Tony Jaa, but after seeing those videos I decided not to only because his style of fighting seems very fictional. Not that was is done is impossible...it isn't. It's just that Jaa fights like a brick wall. He get's hit with so much stuff, that it's amazing he can still walk without a limp. He doesn't dodge nearly as much as Lee or Chan which made their styles of fighting cool to watch, because in a single fight they would destroy their opponents and only get hurt once or twice. Jaa kinda fights like "Oh, you're going to hit me with that? Ok. Doesn't matter...I'm still going to break your face."

The way Jaa takes damage DOES looks fake. His fighting style and moves are completely realistic, on the other hand. Yes, he flies everywhere, sure, but all of it is 100% possible. Jaa is still new to the action movie world, he'll get better over time, as he finds better roles in better movies.

You just have to give him some time, that's all. <_< And Tony Jaa does take blows:

Watch the end of that video.

Of course he kicks their asses in the video directly next to it. <_<

^ The idiotic posts I've been expecting. 'Least they weren't THAT damaging to debate. It'll probably get worse as the thread goes on, though. <_<
