around a year ago, onyl around 135lbs back then(I'm genetically lean and small boned ehh...) around 10lbs heavier now(access tow eights was restricted alst year, but this year I have access to a new, multi-milliondollar world class weight lifting facility at my uni)

so that's basically me, except right nwo I'm at somewhat lower bodyfat and have moderately alrger arms and a somewhat better developed back.
