Spongebob vectored in Photoshop. The File is saved as a PSD not a AI. I think you can open PSDs in Illustrator, so this is great if you are getting into illustrator. All the layers are saved as shapes so they can be resized and they will not lose any quality. This is a true vector, NOT A LOOK ALIKE!

Layers grouped for organization. I wanna say 60-70 layers. Im too lazy to count.
    Vector:

    Start: 700
    Up: 100
    Bin: 1.5k

^ Yes, But a vector doesn't mean cartoon.. It means an image that can be resized without quality loss / distortion.

I did it by hand. No illustrator shortcuts :) And It is a cartoon. But if you want to use it on a weeebsite or something it would be soo much better as a vector. Its the same as a vector of a person. You could put a picture of a cartoon or a person on your site, but if you have to resize you need both to be a vector.

Good luck with this, looking good. Are you able to vector people, and how much would you charge? (PM me if interested in this.)
