Background (how Do U Do This)

Does Any one know how to do this if so tell me how 2

 

no one...there has to be a tut i saw one before but i forgot whee it was at ..i think it was wit len flare or something

 

looks like the bass releifed and chromed something, but thats just a guess, idk

 

yea i think so 2...im still lookin for it..i hope ill find it today or soon

 

lens flar + chrome. not sure about bas relief tho i dont use it much. just tinting a chrome'd lens flare would prolly get something similar

 

did one earlier, basicly make a black background do lens flares, in the number '5' position you get on a dice, now go to filter > sketch > chrome... there you have it.. and then you add all you'r colours in, good luck with whatever you are making too
