Xlink kia is like a system-link program, u use wifi or a ethernet cable, and you could play online with others on like xbox, without xbox live and stuff like that. But im wondering is there a similuar program, except for PC?

no no. Its like xbox live, you connect with other players, and play them. Like if u dont wanna buy xbox live, you connect ur xbox 360 to the pc and you play the same way with other people online, without xbox live.. but I need something like that for PC with PC games lets say i have madden 08, and i "lose" my ea online key, i cant play online, but with that program, u can play by connecting to their servers and playing with other people, im not saying i do have a illigal version of madden, its just a example.. so yea, like lan

It's called Xbox Connect mate. I use it all the time. You fool the xbox to play a system-link gameover the internet. Can also be used for psp.
HEre is the download link: http://www.xbconnect.com/index.php?topic=Downloads
