I believe those only work for the 360. I'm not sure, but by looking at it's description and cover, it mostly shows 360. Although xbox live is xbox live for everone so it might work. I wouldn't recommend it myself.
I've tried before and it didn't work for me. You can however make it on a 360 and recover it on an original xbox.
No You strickly need it for xbox 1 goto EBgames or gamestop and ask or go in the boxes and search for a 48hr trial
thats only 360 only things that works on original xbox are 2 month trials and one year subscriptions found in starter kits
