Halloween is my favorite slasher series. Way better than Friday the 13th and Nightmare on Elm Street. I didn't like many of Rob Zombie's previous movies, but this one, I actually think he did it right for once, the trailer is amazing, I think he did it right.

I doubt it could beat the original movie, though. We'll have to see. ^_^

I was a huge fan of both house of a 1000 corpses and the devils rejects, and the trailer for halloween looks like zombie has made another crazy film.

 

I'm going to go see it on Friday and I can't wait. I love Rob's other films, and from what I've seen this movie will be amazing. Since the first hour or so focuses on how Michael became such a crazy murderer, we'll get to see a part of the Halloween mythology that wasn't in the original. It's for the reason, among others, that I think Zombie's new version will be better than Carpenter's.

 

Halloween is one of my favorite movies and this remake looks very good...Rob Zombie does good work so I hope this movie is really good ^_^

 

I'm erally looking forward to this movies release.

Rob Zombie has a very twisted mind as you can see with House of 1,000 Corpses and The Devil's Rejects.

I'm actually hoping that Rob keeps the suspense and thrills as the originals, while also bringing a little bit more gore then the originals.

I'm mostly just hoping he can at least match the original.. Which is hard to do in most cases.
