So what did you guys get? I failed last year with 4A*s 4A's 3E's... i got into graphics atleast in my 6th form but my A/S results ------ed over, D/E/U. What did u guys get?
I'm not about to go into my total results, I didn't get the straight A's I was predicted, however, I still got into A Levels...which is all that matters. Then it's off to Uni...<Cry>
Just make sure you dont fail the first year of A/S, pick the subjects you mostly enjoy, dont EVER PICK MATHS!!! OR FURTHER MATHS
Strike 1. I'm doing Maths, and VERY nearly chose further maths. My 4 A levels are as follows : Graphic Design (Balance out the Academic-ness) Law Maths English Language
All i can say is good luck, and now you should do is revise C1, then after u do ur C1 mocks go straight revsion onto C2/S1, since those two are the hardest in the exams.
^ Come in the Lost Word forum and I will explain. Here it obviously is an Educational board of UK the standard of studies or something else which is probably related to the results. OR The General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) < (This is what I was trying to explain above) is the name of a set of British qualifications, taken by secondary school students at age of 14-16 in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland (in Scotland, the equivalent is the Standard Grade). It is usually taken between these ages although some students may have the opportunity to take one or more GCSEs early. The education systems of other British territories, such as Gibraltar and ex-British (influenced) territory South Africa, also use the qualifications as supplied by the same examination boards. The International "version" of GCSE is IGCSE, which can be applied to the whole world and which includes some more options, such as coursework options, language options, etc. When GCSEs are taken in high school, they can often be combined with other certifications such as a GNVQ.
I thought I'd do awful in my GCSE's but I passed. I can't believe it! I did well in English, English Lit, Maths, Statistics, French and Science. ^_^
