    well I have this portfolio I have one in an auction , and I want it coded, What information do I give to the person? And what kind of codes do the host called "Blogger" Use? Blogger is owned by Google

    If it's just a regualer webpage then plain HTML and CSS would be fine. Make a requesty in the offers and requests.

    slicing and coding templates just makes the template usable on the net :D so probably xhtml strict as a example never used blogger so i dont know but coding a template .. you dont need to give information since the coder should already know what to do :)
