Ah. childhood obesity.. the way of the future. What's worse than letting the kid get that fat, is letting her be exploited like this through the media.
How on earth can you allow your child to become that fat......SHe has the worlds worts parents. I mean its a ------ing joke. That raelly shocks me actually, cause its a human life they are supposed to care for, yet they allow her to become the worlds fattest child. Poor kid

My god. HOW? I know syndromes can make you bigger and make it harder for you... I can get annoyed when things are just blamed on the parents but in this case...I BLAME THE PARENTS. End of. How can they do that... I'd be so ashamed of myself. Don't they care? What have they fed her since she was young? I blame the greasy fast food restaurants that we could all do without. YAY FOR SANDWICH BARS. XPP vegetables and fruit each day and 3 main meals without snacking inbetween would have never made her like that... Poor kid... Dumb parents.
WTF...at the end there was a letter saying "My heart go out to that poor innocent child." WTF?!? Innocent? I think she was there when she was shoving food down her throat (which probably doesn't exist anymore).
