Is learning how to do and use path in illustrator really useful? And does it save time when vectoring?

    Illustrator>Photoshop

If you decide to have a career in graphics, Illustrator is 100000x more useful than Photoshop.

    So learn it.

    And learn it good.

And doing "vector" in Photoshop is gay. Don't waste your time on it.

I know, I have been using illustrator for 1.5-2 months, I just wanted to know if learning how to use paths right was worth it

I wouldn't say illustrator > photoshop though, because they both rely on each other

    It's worth it. Trust me.

They do rely on each other, but Illustrator works much better with things like Flash.
