It's quite bold. Literally, all the fonts are bold. :P lol

I personally think the subheadings stand out too much, and would look a lot better if they were smaller.

I'd also not underestimate the content section, it's one of the main things people judge a design on (If you go on to sell it), and if it's just filled with random text saying 'Content here' or something, with no design, it puts people off. So I'd try and actually make fake content.

    I like the header. :)

Looks nice. The design and colors go well with each other.

I like the colours and the design but agree about the sub headings, and there's something with your scroll bars like the scroll tab isn't centered, maybe that was on purpose or maybe they aren't and I'm just crazy...

everything is fine, except the scroll bars look uneven (the middle part) if it was centered, it be perfect

oh. i doubt you can recreate that effect with css, seeing how most browsers completely ignore scrollbar CSS, and nothing can replace the images. However, javascript would be able to do it, but myspace disables javascript. a java applet or flash object is your only option

Well I wasn't the one to code it, so I'm good :P
And I'm pretty sure it can be done in HTML with the div style option.

Not my either, but those were the colors I was given, and to be honest, it kinda goes with the theme.
