Alot of those works are whored stocks, so a lot of people would be guilty if it's illegal, though I don't believe it would be.

And Greasy Pete people do sell signatures, LP's etc. everyday on GameRenders, lol. It's not directly for money but GR credits can be sold for money.

well you did.....to change or edit an image without permission is breaking copyright. Then if you sell the sig "FR" or whatever for gr creds and then sell the creds for $$$ ypuve broken alot of copyright stuff.

But does anyone really care about sigs or what have you? no, hence why you all get away with it xD

    godammit guys

when you sell it for LR or whatever rights, the people obviously know that their not claiming the stock as their own, plus different materials have different copyright limitations. saying that your breaking copyright laws by selling it for GR creds, then selling Gr creds for money is simply reidiculous. and also, none of this is open to mass public, which is a major copyright factor.

i can guarantee the two "stocks" you used in your tags are copyrighted (ie not allowed to be edited in any way etc). There from comic books, which makes them art...

but who cars its just tags ffs.

    Every. single. website.

Will have something illegal somewhere on it.

The #1 reason Photoshop is so easily pirated is because the company quite honestly does not care that your making images with it, it will only pursue legal action if you are making a profession of the illegally obtained software (nearly every member here on Gamerenders has a pirated version, and you all know it).

All images posted on any large sites are generally going to be copyrighted. THis includes marvel, gamewallpapers (unless your a paying subscriber, and not just using the images after someone else has gotten the image and cut it for you), deviantart, cgtalk, etc.

Most photography posted on a portfolio, blog, etc. will be copyrighted.

Nearly every signature will use some stock, render, c4d, custom filter, etc. that is not your own, and you are generally not paying for the art, nor the program used to make the art, therefore its illegal.

Most actions here at Gamerenders, or any other graphics site, are indeed illegal operations. Unless you have paid in full for your Photoshop (like myself, whom makes enough income to support myself and my g/f off of my website templates / skins) anything created via your pirated program is hence illegal.

So in all honesty, stop bickering, as your all wrong and nearly everything your fighting against is basically what your fighting for in a twisted sense.
