Hacking "my Account"

I was in a convo and such. and Mandi AKA Skeleton Children from Megadeus, is looking to hack me, looky here :

This is something that needs to be watched OUT for, cause if im hacked i'll be upset. And i know you dont want this to happen.

and i got her IP from A Reliable source on megadeus ( admin ), IP: *removed*

This BS started in a convo, with her trying to flame me, and such so i said remarks as in yes your real mature and so on, and this is the threat i got.

i dont see y GR cares its like taking a man to jail or giving him a ticket cause at some time in the future he is gonna do it

C GR cant do anything to stop it and if it happens u will get refunded anyways
D anything edited can be fixed by a staff member later

 

Its a stupid idea to post anyones IP: there are reasons only admin can see them. Also openly posting emails is stupid. Take this up with admins via PM.

 

Plain and simple i want this public addressed, since it was a threat i want GR to be aware of these script kiddies, also if im hacked GR can take proper steps ahead of TIME. Call it what you will, i just wanna make sure nobody hacks me.

" Hackers " on forums are norm, most " hackers" are as you said " script kiddies " kids using free programing, there isn't alot anyone can do about it to be honest everyone is vonrable and posting someones IP and email in open forum is just encouraging this type of behaviour.

If you are " hacked" forum admins and caretakers have methods for tracking those responsible.

I still recommend you recant you'r opening post.

 

You can't really expect we're now going to put the IP in the ban filter just because you said it might be a threat.
No offense but we just won't.

And if someone is going to hack someone, I don't think it will be you because they are more interested in special members such as staff or members with a membership.
And most of the time these people just say thing to be interesting and to scare you, and most of the time they can't hack whatsoever.

What YOU are supposed to do now: be sure you have a good password with upper/lower case, numbers, letters, signs etc. Same goes for your email account and MSN.
If you do that you did pretty much everything you should in trying to be save from actual hackers or crackers

 

also im sure she was asking me too so wouldnt it make more sense to post my IP and my email to warn people?

 

if your arent staff how about your mind ur damn business ?, stay out of my topic, its not any of your concern what so ever. Okay Nicasus i understand, but i wasnt saying put her on the banned filter im just making GR aware...

I have removed the e-mail and IP from your post, even though thats a masked IP linking to her router and not her computer, which would mean youd need some experience to get to her actual computer, or the password to her router to view all active IPs logging into the router.
