    Lol I hate dell support. My dad called them and made me talk to them for him. The problem was Windows wasn't loading properly and they told me to take out the GFX card to see if that was the problem :).

    hmm, im not necessarily a fan of dell... my uncles computer was struck by lightening and dell fixed him right up.

    Problem with Dell, is some people at their support know what they are talking about and some don't. You just keep calling until you get someone who does xD
