I know how to add things like images and such, but equipping them with miscellaneous files is a different story. Often the best way to do post things like videos, brushes, etc. is just to link them from an open-source hosting site like Rapidshare.
Apparently you never used "Post Reply" xD Use "Post Reply" and an option to put an attatchment should be there.
Arg how do you get it to have that little attached image text above it i cant figure it out (I know this is going to be such an obvious answer
1. Go to the topic you want to post an attachment in. 2. Type your post message. 3. In the File Attachments box, click Browse... 4. Find the file you want to upload. 5. Click Add This Attachment 6. Then when you are done with your post, click Add Reply. The attachment will be included with the post.
The staff have restricted the use of it on certain boards on the forum. I'm pretty sure the only area it's used it the SOTW board.
