I don't fear anything so far except for the bad spirits.

I'd go see a therapist if I were in your shoes. But on another note, I hope you're able to overcome that phobia because it doesn't sound like waking up in the hospital is fun :).

    Eh.
    Take it bit by bit.
I was scared of the dark for...14 years, ish. Once in the dark your mind goes crazy imagining etc. proper phobia.

    So.
+ This helps if you have a dimmer switch.

Spend one night with the light one, maybe 2, the next day dim it down a tiny bit, not so much it scares you because it's only a little change.
Next day dim it down again, and keep doing it etc. You become used to each level of light until finally, no light is fine.

    Worked for me.

Its possible to get rid of this fear, but once you think you got rid of it, it's there in the back of your mind, just haunting you. It's going to be hard but see some --- help.

I've always found that facing them works. How else could you get used to it but by doing it.

However, with your situation, I would consider counseling on the matter (no offense meant--it does sound like something rather serious, though).

i have always been scared of the dark nothin like you, it was because i watched alot of scary movies with my parents when i was really little, i just always think that someone is around the corner or behind me, stuff like that. Id say theropy is a good idea or just talking to someone about it will help too
