Okie i friend of mine said that you can do a simple easy lay out of the all the slices of the template. and that you can "somehow" set so it alls ends up centered on the page when viewing in firefox (cus that what i have)

But i got two thing i need help with there.

    1. how do i save the template so i centered on the html "website"?
    2. is there a way to have text on top the template with scroll if needed?

And im having problems finding any tutorials on this.. anyone knows any?

In Photoshop, when you have all the slices done. Go to File > Save for web. That will save your slices as images and it will output an html file.
As for putting text on top of the template, you just need to use tables and css. If you dont know about HTML, you really should read up on it before trying to code a template. Either that or have someone else do it for you.

Im pretty sure he meant text with a scrollbar so it stays the same height. For that, just simple HTML to make the box.

For basic stuff to getting to grips with simple html, just use microsoft frontpage and read some tuts on that, although it sounds stupid its real helpful .
