    Set the frame rates to ZERO or something.

    I'll try and help. :)

    Just open the "Animation" window and if you don't see it just Window in the tool bar and select it. Once it's open click on one of the frames and then press CTRL+A to select all the frames. Make sure you have all the frames selected and then right click on one of them, then select "No Delay".

    This should set the animation at the original speed.

    Also, I've noticed this as well not sure if it's just my computer or not but .gif images usually run faster in Firefox. When using IE .gif images seem to lag a little bit, have you tried viewing it with FF?

    thanks for the help mate , but ive tryed all that and its still the same and viewed it in ff also lol

    Fixed it for you mate!

    For future use. We turned the frame rate for the origional .mov to half frame rate, makes it sexy. :D
