I am in need of a program that can record what on my screen and save it into some type of video format. Any suggestions?

I don't think you can record your desktop with FRAPS only in game with hot keys. For what your looking to do I think Camtasia would be best, lots of options and fairly easy to use. You can output it to different types of movies file types or even as a flash project to be hosted online.

I have it if you have any questions, just let me know.

I have FRAPS as well but don't use it very often.
