Some of them look like theyre straight off tutorials, others just look like brushing. There doesn't seem to be much flow or a focal and the effects are everywhere.
Your LPs don't look that great either.

I have to say yes to Faded, i think he could improve greatly within our crew.

wow, i've always wanted to join Bare Canvas, i'll post an Application ASAP, Kirbir, and the rest of the crew are flat out incredible artists, and I think i would learn so much.
