Meh, I wouldn't say that. Personally, for now I prefer PC's. Later on, a mac will suit me just fine when I don't play many games. Linux will do the same thing. The thing that mac has going for them is user-friendly-ness (best word ever). Most of the other crap they brag about being able to do is total BS. They're the industry standard for music and graphic production even though the EXACT SAME PROGRAMS RUN ON WINDOWS. A lot of mac owners are elitists. Every computer has good and bad stuff about it, so stop trying to push yours as being the best.

The best part of this, is your pushing in mac's defense just to say, 'so stop trying to push yours as being the best'. The simple fact is mac was designed for idiots. Plain and simple. They are hardcoded hardware which is very hard to upgrade, if its even capable of updating, the hardware is MUCH more expensive (as it all bears the 'apple' name on it), its hard to find a dealer outside a mac dealer to fix a computer, hardware or software wise, locally, etc. In general, unless your an utter retard, windows will work more efficiently for people than macs, and linux is a GREAT operating system, however, not compatible with items as much as windows / macs
VMware is your friend dem... FYI the reason why so many studios used mac workstations for music productions was for the hardware. The PPC architecture was and is a hell of a lot mroe efficient than x86 for a lot of things. Guess what Apple in their stupidity just sold away their one strong point by going with intel. shouldn't have just waited fro IBM just a little longer, their new PPC chips are kicking ass.
