What To Chmod?

Need to know what files to CHMOD on ipb.. throught FTP.
Anyopne know/
never mind.. I just have a bad copy of ipb 1.3

 

I didn't CHMOD anything and my board is working fine

 

I'm on my fourth host and the ipb still keeps giving me errors. I can't view profiles or anything.

uhhh, doesn't IPB come with a documentation and install guide? i recall it tells you what to CHMOD...

edit: oh. IPB 1.3. nvm.

 

When in doubt 755. CHMOD settings to 755 is the default for most if not all folders.

 

Look in the readme, should explain all CHMod edits.

Edit: Nvm at all.

 

Don't use 1.3 bro it's way to easy to get hacked, trust me it happened to me.

 

That's right, you don't wanna know how many (easy) hacks i've seen for 1.3.x
