credit, but solely because it's coming from the same place in the end and that going the credit route further establishes one's credit worthiness
I am against the Credit Cards which take you in minus & with the debit cards you only loose what you have in your account, doesn't leads in minus when someone scams you.
Well since I know how to save and spend money I would say Credit Card, since im only 16 I use a debit card, but when I start working im getting a credit card to establish credit. No credit is just as bad as bad credit...
For both sides: Credit because it establishes and allows you to maintain a good credit and be able to buy cars, houses etc. Cons: Bad credit sucks, interest rates, debt. Debit because it takes the money directly from your account and you don't have to sign a stupid receipt all the time. Cons: people can steal it and abuse the no-sign feature.
I like cash better. At any given time I might have like $300+ on me going to the mall or out. I hate cards and rather use cash. I like to see my money so I can control it. I will get a credit card though when I turn 18 simply so I can establish credit.
