Soundcard Driver?

I have a dell dimension 2400, and yesterday i started it on safe mode, and ever since then, the sound card didnt work, all i get are beeps whenever the PC should make sounds. I checked with dxdiag, and it said i either dont have a soundcard, or i need to install a driver. I have a integrated sound card. And since my pc cant detect it, i dont know what the hell driver i should use for it.. any help?

 

Did u try Dell Customer Support? lol. Or Checking the website under your laptop and see if there just might be one

 

check the dell website for the drivers for your computer model, they should have it there

and i tried, i get a error saying the hardware doesnt support the driver, even tho its the correct one

 

right click :mycomputer: do soem stuff go into teh device manager go to the audio section and tell me/us exactly what you have.

 

um, it was blank.. windows was screwed up,. i reinstalled it and everything works fine now.. thanks
