Having Some Trouble With C4d

hi ive just got cinema 4D yesturday and ive just made my first render but it wont save not sure if im doing it right any help?

I've got a jpeg tut on how to save the render so you can put it into photoshop, it ain't my tut so I don't really want to post it, if you want it send me a pm.
