Why Can't I Rep?

it's not letting me rep anyone, like the arrows aren't there..what's the problem?

 

It may be because you're trying to rep someone in a section where giving rep has been disabled? ^^

 

have you at any time abused the rep section?
if so your rep privileges may have been removed.

other wise it would be due to the fact that you're trying to rep someone in a section where it's been disabled


if you never abused the system and you can't rep in regular forums I'd be glad to bring it to a Gmod's or admin's attention.
