Ok so everytime that I go to try to install a program I can not. I have tried three programs which are Delta Force: Black Hawk Down: Team Sabre, Shock And Awe For Black Hawk Down, and World Of Warcraft.

Everytime that I go to install these programs they start up just fine and start installing as if though nothing is wrong. However, about maybe 20-30% into the install, if I am lucky enough to get that far sometimes, my computer desides to restart.

It comes up to a blue screen and says that 'There has been a problem detected and Windows has shut down to prevent any damage to be caused.'

I originally was able to install Delta Force: Black Hawk Down and it worked fine. Then I tried installing its expansion and that is when it started happening. This was about two weeks ago. I DID a System Restore to I think about 3 or 4 days before I even installed the game hoping that was the reason. It did not work.

So if someone could PLEASE help me out I would appreciate it as this is VERY frustrating.

Might be ether one of 3 problems, ill try to find solutions for some but I might not be able to.

1] Your system if overheating, I get this problem ALOT! Even i play games, when i start downloading more then my pc can handle ect.

Solution: Buy, a couple of new subfans, stick them somewhere they wont get in the way of the wiring ect.

Cost- 5-20 bucks. [ Depends on quality ]

2] One of your hardware is not plugged in or is loose, every nudge, your typing shaking the desk ect.. might make your pc restart.

Solution: Open your case and make sure all the power supply wires are plugged in, your graphic/sound card is the right slot.

3] A faulty operating system, you might of not installed all the files form windows xp/vista or w/e.

Solution: Stick your winxp, in the cd driver and install then do a repair, you wont lose any files, it will just go threw and replace all the system files with the new ones.

    A couple more..

Your power supply is giving up on your :P, try to buy a new one or turn up/down the voltage, the computer might be getting more or not enough power.

Well, thats all i can thing off, and yea this is 100% me no searching off google =)

    man i typed alot :P
