Lair and BioShock are going or were supposed to be big hit titles, for the PS3 and 360. But yesterday and today some magazines that got early copies of the games got there reviews in here they are. Lair EGM: 6.0, 5.5, 5.0 PM: 9 BioShock OXM: 10 GI: 10 PCM: 95% So what do you guys think? This has exploded all over the web. Lair was supposed to save the PS3, and it got a really mixed review. Why would you compare Lair and BioShock? Not only are they not the same type of games, but BioShock is out for the computer also, AND it was almost guaranteed to be an incredible game. I mean, it's from the creators of System Shock 2, of course it's going to pwn. Plus the only downside to Lair is the requirement of Sixaxis controls which can be remedied in an update, or it could've been fixed because EGM reviews early builds of games, not the exact FINAL VERSION (just like GamePro). Anyways, you probably won't ever play Lair because you don't like the PS3, or because EGM gave it bad scores, yet you haven't even played it, etc.

you realllyyyy have to take EGM reviews with a grain of salt. they are ultra-critical. personally i cant stand the magazine. but i dont think lair looks that good. i'm not sure how much variety they can put into the game. but is bioshock getting good scores a surprise? i mean...really.
i really like the look and concept of Lair and i cant wait for it to come out, although im not really sure about Bioshock though.
Lair is coming out on ps3 isn't it! Bioshock, theres also been rumors that might make a late apperence on sony as well
