eh hate to be the dick but wrong section start windows in safemode and do a system restore.. or do a virus scan..
How do you know you've got a virus? What symptoms? What's going wrong? What are you using for your anti-virus and is it up to date/has it been kept up to date? Does your anti-virus detect the virus? Will your anti-virus give you the option to delete it or quarantine it?
You're sure that it's not just your anti-virus being a dumbass? I doubt that people are going to be handing out viruses when they're trying to sell ----.
he didn't send it to you its a MSN virus and if you have it; it automaticly sendis it to the person(s) your talking to. it also say's something before it sends. you need to dl a program called: AVG anti virus 7.5 it is free you do a virus scan and it delets the detected viruses when it is finished =) EDIT: xD i didn't notice the topic was this old until i posted sorry for bumping this but i hope this helps because i had to do this yesterday
pop in wonblows disc reinstall windoze problem solved. ehh, I dont' even think about viruses with how much i change hardware I end up doing a half dozen windows installs a year.
