need constructive criticism, cause i wanna make more, the theme is soft gray/cream colours on that one, thats why its kinda plainish

 

I'm not sure if you re-sized it for the preview, but its extremely small. The text is too big in proportion to the topic bars.
To be honest, if I went to that forum and saw that skin, I would leave. Theres nothing that brings me in.

 

its designed for 800x600, but i might make a bigger version for 1024x768

 

It is too small however i like the simple colors and curves, i think you should maybe add more to the banner and get rid of those lines by the "title" header and add a design in there

More people use 1024X768 then 800X600.
One thing I forgot to add before was to add more gradients, give the template some depth
