Can Any1 Tell me How To that with the text "Eviction Notice"

 

can anyone tell you how to do what with the text?

 

You could add a bevel or stroke with a drop shadow in "layer styles" after typing the text, I forgot how to bend though.

cant you plot wrighting to go along a pentool line i really cant remember so forgive me if im talking out of my rear

 

To bend it:

Type whatever it is you are going to type, highlight it>right click>warp text...>arch

Play around after that for desired effect.
