I think the guy just does the seesaw method but don't know how he would move it once he got it high enough I guess he just uses a stone to turn it since you cant pick it up between the 2 standing stones...
He probably uses the seesaw method first to get the stone up to 10 or so feet. Then dig pits under the sides, does the seesaw method to 3 feet on the sides with different stones. Sinks them and stands them, then drops the stone down atop them?
