im going to say yes. because the effect of the displace filter changes for each PSD, so it all depends on the style and type of the tag of the PSD. and you did not make the style or type of the psd, so i would call it ripping, but im not entirely positive. although there is no way to see what PSD you used with the displace filter by looking at the PSD of your tag, and im not encouraging you to do it because you cant get caught, thats just another thing to think about.
